Fine Dining at the Mill 2024-2025

Experience a tastefully paired four course meal with select wines from around the world paired by our Food and Beverage Manager, Casey Harris, and a local Sommelier. Menus will be released up to 1-3 weeks before each of the dinners. These events tend to sell out so we recommend booking your tickets in advance. For our friends who do not wish to consume alcohol but still delight in the joys of fine dining, we offer a mocktail option for all of our wine dinners.
